Transforming Young Black Leaders or T.Y.B.L is dedicated to empowering young African Americans to become leaders for the future. This is achieved through black culture exploration, self discovery, and community efforts.

Our Core Values include integrity, respect and a passion for humankind. We are not like any other youth outreach. T.Y.B.L. is proud to have its own unique Youth Leader in Training Program. The program is different from other youth programs in that the protegee' take with them a knowledge of  African studies (who they are), purpose, self discovery and servant-leadership.
